Position Overview:

We’re on the hunt for a visionary CEO with a solid track record in the international technology sector, especially within startups or fast-growing companies. Your expertise in commercializing technologies, B2B solution selling, and the water technology industry will drive our global success.

 

Professional Experience:

• Leadership in technology sector startups or growth companies.
• Proficiency in P/L management.
• B2B solution selling expertise, with direct sales and channel development experience.
• Background in water technology and related sectors of process waters like pharmaceuticals, bioscience, mining, and semiconductor manufacturing.
• Successful track record in business development, sales, and marketing.
• Technical understanding to lead innovation.

 

Personal Skills:

• Entrepreneurial, with the agility for startup environments.
• Exceptional leadership to inspire a specialist team.
• Strategic in business development and sales.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication; fluency in English and Finnish (or another language) preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

While the primary work location for this position is in Lappeenranta, Finland, we are open to considering candidates from other regions as well.
