Roxia Completes Strategic Transformation – Now Fully Focused on Filtration

In July 2025, Roxia finalized its strategic transformation to focus exclusively on the filtration business.

Earlier this year, Roxia’s environmental business was spun off into a separate start-up company named Vuoxi, dedicated to developing innovative environmental solutions.

The transformation continued with the sale of Roxia Automation Oy (general process and plant automation business) to Caverion Suomi Oy. This move enables Roxia to allocate resources more efficiently and strengthen its core focus. The share transaction was completed on 1 July 2025.

Following the divestment of general automation operations, Roxia is now fully focused on filtration-specific automation and digitalization. We continue to develop advanced automation solutions for our filters in collaboration with strategic partners, integrating IoT tools and exploring AI-based technologies to optimize process and machine control.

Roxia now offers a focused portfolio of advanced filtration technologies, complemented by aftermarket services and spare parts. Our expertise covers the entire filtration process – from mechanical design to automation, instrumentation, and electrification.

Filtration is more than just separating solids from liquids. It includes critical process functions such as cake washing and requires complex machinery with robust yet intelligent control systems. With our renewed focus, we are fully equipped to meet the automation and digitalization needs of filtration processes.
